MEDICARE COST REPORT PREPARATIONThe foundation of TFG is the accurate preparation of Medicare Cost Reports, which can result in significantly reduced reimbursement or unintended violations of Medicare/Medicaid rules and regulations.

MEDICAID COST REPORT PREPARATIONIn conjunction with Medicaid cost report submission, we also prepare UCC, DSH, UPL, Wage Enhancement, and Capital Component Re-Age requests.

AUDIT ADJUSTMENT AND DISPUTE RESOLUTIONWe begin our cost reports by reviewing prior year adjustments and identifying areas that we may agree upon so that we can incorporate those items if the current year report.
